1. Introduction

2. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification
Mandatory: All sellers must complete KYC verification before listing any products.
We collect National Identification Number (NIN), full legal name, and other details as required.
Any attempt to provide false or fraudulent information may result in permanent suspension.
3. Selling Rules
Sellers must ensure all digital products and login credentials provided are valid, working, and accurate.
Sellers are responsible for confirming that logins or access details work before listing products.
Excessive complaints about invalid products may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
4. Buying Rules
Buyers must confirm purchased login credentials immediately after purchase.
Complaints or disputes must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, escrow protection expires, and funds will be released to the seller automatically.
Buyers must not misuse or resell access that has been revoked due to refund or dispute resolution.
5. Escrow Policy
All payments are processed through our escrow system to protect both buyers and sellers.
Escrow holds the buyer’s funds until the product is confirmed as working.
If the buyer reports an issue within 24 hours, escrow will investigate and may refund the buyer or release payment to the seller depending on evidence.
After 24 hours without a complaint, escrow is released to the seller automatically.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any account that:
Fails to comply with KYC requirements.
Receives repeated, valid complaints.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We provide escrow protection only for 24 hours after purchase.
Beyond escrow coverage, we are not responsible for product quality, future access, or third-party bans.
Users are solely responsible for their activities on the platform.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
KYC data (NIN, full name, etc.) is collected only for verification and security.
We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
By using our services, you consent to our data collection and storage practices.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be submitted through the official support system within 24 hours.
Escrow disputes are resolved based on evidence provided by both buyer and seller.
Our decision in escrow disputes is final.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
